Join me at the closing reception of my solo show featuring oil paintings of Philadelphia cityscapes and my travels abroad.
The exhibition will be on view in the Stewart Gallery from July 6 - 31. The gallery is open to the public Wed, Fri, Sat and Sun from 1:00 - 5:00pm.
Since 1860 the Philadelphia Sketch Club (PSC) has served as a meeting place, forum for ideas, and a vital bridge between the creators and supporters of art. PSC boasts a long list of distinguished artists, both past and present, who have helped art flourish here, including the illustrators A.B. Frost, N.C. Wyeth, Howard Chandler Christy; painters Daniel Garber, Edward Redfield, Thomas Moran; and sculptors R. Tait McKenzie, Howard Roberts and Joseph Bailley. PSC is America’s oldest artists’ club, and this exhibition of oil paintings is one of the longest running exhibitions in the country.
